Laurie is one of Australia’s leading health and safety experts and is in great demand. He is the managing director of Total Management and Training in Cairns, Queensland and is a Mango Partner.

Laurie has been involved in health and safety for over 30 years, working for the National Safety council of Australia and then running his own consultancy company and RTO’s.

"There seems to be an idea in a lot of organisations that you only have to use those safe work method statements if you are a construction company or contractor.... that is NOT the case".
